Shipping Policy – India
Free shipping across India is available on all preorder and ready-to-ship products, with no minimum order value. The initial domestic shipping charge is ₹0.
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched according to product availability. Please allow 15–20 days before dispatch for all preorders and made-to-order products. This is the production period; courier transit time is additional. These products are not ready-to-ship stock.
Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service. Any specific timeline confirmed for your order should be read together with the product information. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed occasion date.
Please provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. If delivery fails because the details supplied were incorrect or delivery was refused without a valid reason, reasonable additional courier charges may apply to a re-dispatch. We will explain and agree those charges before re-dispatch.
Courier disruptions, weather and other events beyond our reasonable control can affect delivery estimates. Please contact us if your parcel is delayed or missing so we can investigate. These provisions do not waive rights relating to non-delivery or qualifying late delivery.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and courier service. Please contact KIKKA to confirm availability and charges before placing your order.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance. Pre-booking or customisation production time is additional to international transit time. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure the delivery details are accurate and respond to any customs information requests. If a parcel is returned because of incomplete details, unpaid import charges or refusal without a valid reason, we will explain any actual additional courier charges and agree the next steps with you, subject to applicable law.
